Episode 7 – H2 OH NO!

Do I need overland water coverage if I don’t live near any water?

Question: Do I need overland water coverage if I don’t live near any water?

Answer: Even though you may not live near water you could still have overland water come into your house. For example if there is a freeze and then a thaw, water can pool on your property and then come into your house. For that to be covered you need overland water coverage.

Additional Info: Anytime there is a heavy rainfall your property and home may be at risk of damage. Overland water coverage protects your home when there is a sudden pooling of water that enters into your home.
