SeedIt Initiative

What is the SeedIt Campaign?

The Commonwell Insurance team has come up with the SeedIt campaign to help Pay It Forward. The idea behind the campaign is to support local gardens with seeds and supplies to grow extra food that can be donated to help others and create food security in our communities.

You register for a voucher online (supplies are limited). Go to a participating Garden Centre and redeem your voucher to start growing! For more information go to Commonwell’s website.

Have any questions or concerns about the SeedIt contest?

Please direct any questions to [email protected] or call us at 1-800-361-0941. Ask to speak with Caley Weese or Eric Hayes.

Want to be a part the SeedIt Facebook Community?

Visit the SeedIt Facebook Group and join hundreds of backyard gardeners just like you, who are growing food security in their neighbourhoods. Don’t forget to share photos of your garden, or tips and tricks on what you do with your gardens to make them flourish.

Good luck!
