Bill has been selling personal and commercial insurance with McDougall since 2007. Bill was born and raised in Ottawa, which he still calls home. However, he has spent time living in Montreal, Virginia, Toronto and Mississauga before settling in Belleville. Bill obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University where he also played on their varsity hockey team. He went on to work in the private Ice Rink Industry for 9 years before moving to Belleville and to start in insurance. When Bill is not at work, he is either in a hockey rink coaching his son’s hockey team or in a gym watching his daughter play basketball. Bill also enjoys boating, golf, tennis, skiing and spending time with friends and family.
