McDougall Insurance 2021 Insurance Awards

2021 was another difficult year for many of us because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. But we didn’t let it slow us down at McDougall Insurance. Our staff stepped up big time to continue delivering legendary service to our clients. Every year we like to highlight a few of our employees who went above and beyond with our McDougall insurance Awards! In 2021 there were many individuals who had a great year, but only a select few rose above the rest and had a phenomenal year. We would like to acknowledge them here. So without further ado here are the 2021 McDougall Insurance Award winners:

Branch of the Year: Kemptville

Our Kemptville office is new to the McDougall Insurance team but proved that even the new guys can get it done! They had great success in transitioning to the McDougall Insurance brand and continued to grow their branch at a higher rate than anyone else. Congratulations to Allister Brown and his team in Kemptville!

Commercial Lines Producer of the Year: Kevin Hutchison

Kevin had an outstanding year in the commercial lines space. He is from our North Bay office and focuses on some very niche categories like movies and film. Who knew you could insure your passions? He was able to write just under $2,000,000 in insurance premium in 2021. Way to go Kevin!

Personal Lines Producer of the Year: Ryan McKenna

Ryan has blazed onto the insurance scene following in the foot steps of his father. Ryan is apart of our Kingston office and in 2021 wrote just under $1,000,000 in new business. He has also won the New Producer of the Year award in the past and Ryan credits a lot of his success to the great team of service staff we have at McDougall Insurance. Way to go Ryan!

Financial Services Producer of the Year: John Enright Jr.

John is very familiar with this award as he has won it several times in the past few years. Year after year he is in the conversation for the award as he continues doing tremendous work on the group benefits side of financial services. John works out of our head office in Belleville alongside his father and younger brother. Another great year John, way to go!

New Producer of the Year: Maegan Mitchell

Maegan is not new to McDougall Insurance but she has taken on a new role in sales with our Madoc office. Needless to say she has excelled in her new role writing close to $400,000 in new business premium and handling a large book of business. Maegan knows the value of relationships and knowing the people you are dealing with as she spent several years on the service side. Way to go Maegan!

Legendary Service Award Winners

In 2021 we had no shortage of amazing service and claim stories. This year we had 3 exceptional individuals who really stepped up for their clients. These 3 staff members were awarded our Legendary Service Award for their work in assisting our clients. Congratulations to:

• Lucy Zawalski – Carleton Place

We want to thank everyone, especially our clients for another great year despite all of the challenges the ongoing pandemic has caused! We want to thank all of our staff who continue to work hard for our clients and make sure they are protected when it matters most. We can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store for us!
